SHTR is a registered society under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860, vide Registration No. 33252 dated 13thJuly, 1998. The society has been promoted by the luminaries from the field of academics having national and international recognition. It was the dream of some academicians that there should be a group of institutions dedicated to sustainable human development through transformation of human beings, the most important creature on this earth. SHTR is committed to excellence in the development of competent and humane professionals.

The Society started its main operations in 1999 and within a short span of time it has been able to establish the following units or sister organizations:
SHTR Consulting Group (SCG) is the research and consulting wing of SHTR and is working on Human Consciousness.
SHTR Publication Division publishes apart from books, Delhi Business Review: An International Journal of SHTR, which is a bi-annual blind peer reviewed, refereed research based international journal having Index Copernicus Value of 65.33. DBR is listed in Cabell’s Directory, and many other databases, like ProQuest, EBSCO, Google Scholar, Index Copernicus, etc. (www.delhibusinessreview.org)
Regularly organizes international conferences and seminars since January, 2000. The XXII International Conference is scheduled to be held on “Five Trillion $ Economy: The Way Ahead” on January 9-10, 2021 at Delhi, India (www.internationalseminar.org).
Serving Society through:
Rotaract Club: We, at Rotaract Club, work for the welfare of the society aiming to transform their lives. We extend our hands as family to the ones in need and work with utmost sincerity and dedication.
National Service Scheme (NSS): NSS is one of the most active bodies of the society with over 200 volunteers coming from various disciplines and walks of life. Various activities related to social service and welfare are carried out throughout the year under NSS.
Centre for Advanced Studies, Research & Development (CASRD): This unit of SHTR works towards upliftment of minorities (e.g. Muslim, Sikh, Jain, Boudh, Parsi, and Christian). We have conducted awareness programs for hundreds of people from the minority communities informing them about various schemes of financial assistance that they can avail in the form of loans, grants, scholarships for studies in India & Abroad
